To engage more parents in anti-drug education, IAS collaborated with the S.K.H. Macau Social Services Coordination Office to launch the “Illustrated Harold Books Activities”, among which the “Healthy Life: Mother’s Day Activity”, was held at the S.K.H. Taipa Children & Youth Family Integrated Service Centre, from 2 pm to 5 pm, on May 8, 2016. Over 50 families took part in the activity, which included illustrated book story-telling, short film screening, handmade storybook workshop, etc. The activity aims to encourage parents to help children build a healthy and positive life attitude and stay away from drugs.

In addition, two illustrated Harold books will be launched in June. To help parents better deliver the idea of drug prevention to their children, more activities will be held from June to August, including “Harold Books Workshop”, “Story-Telling Mom & Dad Workshop”, and “Family Illustrated Books Workshop”. Details will be released at a later date on the websites of the Healthy Life Education Centre (http://healthylife.ias.gov.mo) and the S.K.H. Macau Social Services Coordination Office (www.skhwc.gov.mo). We look forward to your participation.
