Invited to hold promotional activities at the branch school of Chan Sui Ki Perpetual Help College
Committed to promote a healthy life at school, instructors from the Healthy Life Education Programme of the Social Welfare Bureau were invited by the branch school of Chan Sui Ki Perpetual Help College to hold a reading session of a new picture book “Secrets in the Refrigerator” on its premises on 2 February. The instructors engaged with students through interactive games and led a reading session of the picture book, familiarising students with healthy diets and positive ways to relieve stress. “Harold”, the mascot of the Healthy Life Education Programme, made a special appearance to engage teachers and students in a lively dance. Approximately 280 teachers and students participated in the activities. At the end of the day’s event, students were gifted a beautifully illustrated picture book to encourage them to read it with their parents, which would enhance the communication between parents and children.
